What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our reception is available 24hrs so there will be someone to assist you at any time. Check in is available from 3pm on your arrival date.

Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we can arrange airport transfer services when organised at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Please contact our team at +44 (0)20 4502 5800 in advance at to arrange a transfer and inquire about fees.

Parking is not available at our central London hotel, however parking is available for guests via nearby car parking from third-party providers, including:

Located on Queensway, about a 5-minute walk from 55 by Le Mirage.
Pricing starts around £10 per hour, with daily rates available. Spaces are suitable for standard vehicles, and the facility is available 24/7.
This car park is centrally located, offering easy access to nearby tube stationsDoubleTree by Hilton, Hyde Park Car Park:
Approximately a 6-minute walk away, this above-ground parking lot offers rates starting from £7.20 for up to two hours and a daily rate of about £30.25.
This location provides a great option for guests wanting to stay in central Bayswater, as it’s close to Queensway station and within walking distance of Notting Hill
Westbourne Terrace:
Just under a 10-minute walk from 55 by Le Mirage, with parking starting at £2.50 per hour. It’s an off-street option ideal for smaller vehicles.

Is there a washing machine and a dryer inside the hotel? If not, is there a laundromat nearby?
We do not have laundry service in the hotel, however a launderette is available nearby for your use when staying with us at 55 by Le Mirage.
- The closest launderette is Central Wash, located at 91 Moscow Roadwhich is open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM, except Sundays when it opens at 10 AM.
- Another nearby option is Marina Launderette, situated at 35 Westbourne Grove, Bayswater. Both offer convenient laundry services within walking distance

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the agreed package booked and booking terms of the particular price or offer you have booked. Generally, cancellations made up to 1 day before arrival are fully refundable, however certain promotional rates and offers are unfortunately non refundable.
